Privacy policy

What we collect

When you order: your name, shipping address, email, phone number if you give one, and what you bought. Shopify collects your payment details; we never see your full card number.

When you browse: the items in your bag are stored on your own device (in your browser's local storage) so they are still there when you come back. We do not run advertising trackers on this site. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) to keep the site running.

When you write a custom shirt: the words you typed, which we need in order to print them.

How we use it

To print and ship your order, answer your emails, handle returns, and keep records the tax office requires. If you opt in, to send you news about the line. Nothing else.

Who we share it with

Shopify (checkout and payments), the shipping carrier (your name and address), and the email service we reply from. Each of them handles your data under their own privacy policy. We do not sell your information.

How long we keep it

Order records for as long as the law requires us to keep them, usually seven years. Emails until the matter is closed. Bag contents live on your device and are yours to clear.

Your choices

Email hello@thatswhathesaid.shop to see the data we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will answer within 30 days. Deleting order records that the law requires us to keep is the one thing we cannot do.

Children

This site is not for anyone under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy we will change the date at the top. Keep an eye on it.
